Previously I had been with Sotheby's International Realty (formerly Young Realtors) since early 2002. After completing the intense 10 week training course at Young Realtors, I "hit the road running" with impressive first year sales. My performance was impressive enough to be named "Rookie of the Year" for 2002 from a group of 12 agents eligible for the title. For 2003 I received the Executive Sales Award for the year, the Diamond Sales Award for 2004 & 2005, Platuim Award for 2006 and Top 10 Agents for 2007. (I had left the firm before the 2008 awards, oalthough it would have been another award winning year!)

My focus is on customer satisfaction. I listen to my client's inquiries & concerns, and give them excellent follow-up. A real estate transaction involves interacting with so many other parties as well, such as advertising/marketing, other agents, escrow, title, inspectors and lenders. I'm experienced and have an excellent track record in dealing & negotiating with all these other parties.

As a native Californian, I have lived in various parts of both Northern & Southern California. Since graduating from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration / Accounting, I have lived primarily in the San Fernando Valley and Conejo Valley areas. I have experience in listing & selling residential properties in these areas as well as Simi Valley, Valencia, Camarillo & Malibu!

Prior to joining Young Realtors, I enjoyed a very successful career as a CPA for 10 years. Then one of my clients in Westlake Village asked me to be their chief financial officer, which I accepted and helped them grow from $12 million to $25 million in annual sales over an eight year period. Two years prior to leaving the company, the company was sold to a national organization, and that's when I decided to pursue my secret desire to be involved in real estate. And I've never looked back. I throughly enjoy meeting new people and having them become clients!
